What is Leg Up?

Leg Up is an online service that manages your business advertising on Google, Facebook, and Instagram. It provides high quality, professional services from an experienced team that ensures your advertising dollars are well spent and drive results.

What are the benefits of digital marketing?

Digital marketing allows you to introduce your brand to a targeted audience, driving new appointments and customers, filling classes, or generating foot traffic to your location.

I don’t have a physical shop. Can we still work together?

Yes! We can drive online-only business as easily as brick and mortar’s.

How quickly will I see results for my business?

We typically start seeing results day 1, with improved results every week thereafter.

What do I need to get started?

All you need is a business, email address, Facebook page and credit card. It helps to have professional photos, but is not essential.

I’ve been running ads myself. How do you ensure you aren’t spending money on the same things I am?

We recommend pausing your internal company efforts on Facebook, Instagram, and Google while running ads with Leg Up.

Does the price of Leg Up include my ad spend?

No. Our pricing covers your membership to Leg Up: our time and expertise. You will also pay Facebook, Instagram or Google for your ads.

What’s the least amount of money I can spend on ads?

In addition to your Leg Up membership, the minimum amount to spend on ads is $150 per month, though we recommend at least $500 per month for the best optimization results.

What’s the most I can spend on ads?

There is no maximum amount.

What’s your phone number?

You can reach us via email (support@leg-up.club). If you have an urgent need to change something in your campaign, i.e. pause your ad spend, we recommend putting “Urgent” in the subject line of your email. We respond to all emails within 24-48 hrs.

How often can I change my ads?

At the Starter level, once per month. At the Growth level, twice per month.

How do I approve my ads?

Our team will send you screenshots of your ads prior to going live via email for you to approve.

What if I need to stop spending? How quickly can I end the service?

Simply email our team with “Urgent” in the subject line and ad spend will be paused within 24 hours. The service is billed monthly, and as long as you notify our team to stop before your new billing period begins, there will be no further billing.

How does my ad spend get billed?

The ad spend is billed directly to your credit card through Google, Facebook and Instagram. There is no markup.

Do you only accept credit card payments, or is invoicing available?

We do not allow for invoicing at this time.
